Charlotte Greganti is a full-time Broker-Associate and has been licensed since 1996. In addition to being licensed since 1996, She obtained her broker-associate license in 2016.

She is also an approved instructor with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission and is the owner of 4R Real Estate School. She teaches a pre-license, post-license, the broker's course and continue education class.

She is passionate about teaching real estate courses. She stays current with changes in the law and the course materials. And since she actively lists and sells real estate, her examples and explanations are very relevant.

Sherry Kueffler is a real estate educator and licensed agent. She recently left the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission after over 20 years of service. The majority of her time there was spent as the Chief Investigator investigating complaint cases against real estate licensees. She was later promoted to Deputy Director and then ultimately became the Executive Director.

Sherry teaches the Pre-License course, the Broker-in-Charge course and CE classes.

Sherry lives in Midwest City with her husband, Patrick. They have five children and six grandchildren.
