Each chapter has test questions and upon successful completion of a chapter, you’ll have the opportunity to review at any time during the course.

You must pass an end-of-course exam with at least an 80% to receive a Certificate of Completion.

15-HOUR BROKER-IN-CHARGE
The 15 Hour Broker-in-Charge course is a requirement for all managing brokers and branch brokers, however, this class is an opportunity for all licensees to advance their knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole. This course covers all of the required subjects for continuing education and is available for all licensees, brokers and sales associates.

THIS CLASS WILL INCLUDE AN UPDATE ON THE NAR SETTLEMENT.
This class is taught by Sherry Kueffler who was a Chief Investigator for OREC for 20 years. No one knows broker compliance like Sherry. So much is changing, and at such a rapid pace. It is imperative that licensees stay as current as possible with the Code and Rules, but also with local industry practices.
