Covers the 24 state mandated areas of study. Additionally, 11 chapters of “Additional Study Materials” and 3 practice tests are included.

Each chapter has test questions and upon successful completion of a chapter, you’ll have the opportunity to review at any time during the course.

You must pass an end-of-course exam with at least an 80% to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Once you enroll, we are notified that you want access to the on-line course for 6 months. We do our best to accept the request promptly, however definitely within 24 hours. Once we approve you to have access, you'll be prompted to pay for the course. After the payment has been processed, you can either refresh your browser or log back into the website. From your computer, look in the upper right hand corner for the access to the On-Line Course. When you have completed all the modules, email charlottegreganti@gmail.com to receive the end-of-course test. Upon passing the end-of-course test, you'll receive your certificate of completion.

15-HOUR BROKER-IN-CHARGE
The 15 Hour Broker-in-Charge course is a requirement for all managing brokers and branch brokers, however, this class is an opportunity for all licensees to advance their knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole. This course covers all of the required subjects for continuing education and is available for all licensees, brokers and sales associates.
