Applicants convicted of felony crimes referenced in Title 59 -301.1 may be ineligible to obtain an OK Real Estate License for a pre-determined number of years. Contact the OK Real Estate Commission and/or review the cited section. The Commission will allow the applicant to seek pre-approval prior to enrolling in a pre-license course.

Only the 90-Hour Pre-License course is available on-line. Our philosophy is you learn much more by attending in-person classes and we believe this is what sets us apart from the others. We're all about you learning, not just taking a course.
We offer the 90-Hour Pre-License course on-line and Correspondence Course. The only difference is for the correspondence course, we mail you study material rather that doing the course on-line. Both are self-study with 6 months to complete and an instructor is available to tutor you.

We’ll dig into contracts and related addendums, cost estimates for buyers and sellers, title company closing procedures, basic financing, and much more. You'll learn scripts for explaining contracts to your clients and tips for completing contracts.

15-Hour Broker-in-Charge Course
The 15 Hour Broker-In-Charge in-person course is a requirement for all managing brokers and branch brokers, however, this class is an opportunity for all licensees to advance their knowledge of the real estate industry as a whole. The class is taught by Sherry Kueffler who was the Chief Investigator for the OK Real Estate Commission 17 years. No one knows what it means to be a Broker-in-Charge like Sherry. You don't have to have a broker's license to attend.
